Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name, date of birth, or other query entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. Ware County Warrant Records does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or message may be kept long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, servers may automatically receive basic technical and usage details:
- Page-view times and the pages opened
- Device category and operating system
- Browser name and version
- Visit duration and usage patterns
- Any referring website
- The device's assigned IP address
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small device files that help measure page use, including popular content and exit points. Analytics providers combine that traffic information for reporting. Browser controls can block cookies, although doing so may change how some features work.
What We Do With This Data
- Operating, maintaining, and improving site performance
- Routing a submitted search to the selected outside provider
- Understanding which content visitors use
- Diagnosing errors and security concerns
- Displaying advertising that may reflect visitor interests
No Warrant Data on File
Ware County Warrant Records does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of warrants or personal warrant records. It provides general routing information for the Ware County Sheriff and the Municipal, Magistrate, State, and Superior courts. Georgia has no public statewide warrant-search database. Visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party profiles, and this resource is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Information submitted there is governed by that provider's privacy policy and retention rules, which are outside our control. Review those terms before sending a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Ware County Sheriff, Georgia courts and agencies, legal resources, or third-party tools. Once a visitor leaves this website, the destination's policy governs. Read it before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to track activity across websites and tailor advertisements.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Information may be disclosed to:
- Analytics vendors measuring traffic and performance
- Outside search providers processing a submitted query
- Advertising networks serving page advertisements
- Government or law enforcement bodies when valid legal process compels disclosure
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable security practices are used to protect collected information. No internet system can guarantee complete security, so protection against every breach cannot be promised.
Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. If such information is identified, it may be requested for deletion.
Your Data Rights
Applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws may provide additional rights. The Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. ยงยง 50-18-70 through 50-18-77, governs access to records held by Georgia public agencies; it does not turn this private website's data into government records. At a minimum, you may:
- Request access to personal information held about you
- Ask that inaccurate information be corrected
- Seek deletion where applicable
- Object to or opt out of certain processing where law provides that choice
